I ended up losing several hours of gameplay to a broken save after using some Chinese mods that turned my character's portrait into a blank white sheet, and caused dialogue to freeze the game unable to close the dialogue boxes.
If you're wondering why I'm sharing english mods, its because the Chinese language mods tend to break when I use them in the english translation version for some reason. I personally like the "Heaven's Path" from nexusmods that gives you the required items to level up.
